Two captions in one day, what is this world coming to?

Had started this caption a while ago and it's been sitting in my unpublished folder for ages. Finally realized that I had Photoshop on my computer now, and as such could finish it the way I wanted. So this is also my first official caption done at least in part in PS.  I still added the text in MSPaint because I couldn't figure out how to neatly do it in PS.  If anyone has any advice on that subject, I would greatly appreciate it.
